This three part guide describes enforcement priorities that apply to drugs for use in aquaculture. Part A covers non-food species/populations such as ornamental or aquarium fish, baitfish, and ornamental garden or commercial pond fish. Part B discusses enforcement priorities that apply to drugs for use in aquaculture food species, fin fish or shellfish for both human or animal consumption. Part C details compounds that have been reviewed by the FDA and have been determined to be new animal drugs of low regulatory priority.
