Induced hatchery spawning requires a continuous series of steps. A mistake during any phase of the process can diminish or completely obliterate the success of the project. The spawn can be taken from fish by several different methods, including allowing the fish to spawn in the tank, hand stripping, and surgically removing the eggs. Consistent performance requires strict attention to detail.
